Dr. Richard C. Downing, D.D.S., P.S.
I'm proud to have been serving our patients preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental needs here in Shelton for over 6 years.
I'm especially pleased with my talented and caring dental team. Their goal is to make everyone's visit as easy and comfortable as possible. We all want you to feel as if you've been carried through our office on a floating red carpet!
Dr. Downing credits his success in practice to the philosophy of putting his patients first. This is exemplified by his overwhelming concern for their comfort by ensuring that each one receives gentle and compassionate care.
He involves patients in decisions regarding the comprehensive, personalized treatment that will achieve the results they desire. Dr. Downing will work hard to earn your trust and confidence.
Dr. Downing earned his bachelor's degree at Western Washington University, and is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, and is past president of the Thurston-Mason County dental society.
Dr. Downing grew up in Walla Walla, Washington. He and his wife, Michelle, have a son Hunter Alexander. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and hiking. He also enjoys watching pro and college sports, working in the yard and traveling.
